Registration: 8:30 AM (Coffee and doughnuts available)
Session begins promptly at 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 noon
Lunch menu : Roast pork, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, salad, roll/butter, dessert, coffee/tea.
COST is $15.00 each which includes $3.00 registration fee. Any Auxiliary member not attending lunch should send $3.00 registration fee.

All Unit Presidents, Membership Chairmen, VA&R Chairmen, Children and Youth Chairmen, Secretaries and Treasurers should attend with their expenses paid.
All Auxiliary members are welcome and encouraged to attend. There will be raffles for gift baskets, 50/50, and a special 5th District handmade quilt.
Please remember to bring your copy of the proposed 5th District by-law changes, as we will be reviewing and discussing these changes.
County poppy winners will be brought to conference for judging. District winners will be forwarded to Department. Remember Junior poppy contest entries (this includes poppy posters) that were judged winners at the County level should be sent directly to Department.
JUNIOR SPRING CONFERENCE
will be held at the same place and time. Juniors registration and lunch will be $10.00 each.
