Following the Department Convention last summer, Dick had been in ill health and will be sorely missed as he served as an prime example of the dedicated Legionnaire.
For many years he served as Department Adjutant for New York and was an active member of The American Legion. Our prayers go out to his wife and family in this difficult time in life.
