NATIONAL COMMANDER
JAMES E. KOUTZ
National Commander James E. "Jim" Koutz made his visitation to the 5th District American Legion on Wednesday April 10th at the Beeches in Rome, NY. He had a full day as he was met by district officials. Many counties and posts were represented at his honorary dinner which was excellent. Kudos to the Beeches kitchen staff.
From Oswego County we had 11 representatives: Commander Ted Waters; County Adjutant Shawn Mills and wife, Angie; 5th District Membership Chairman James Ellis and wife; John Young; Donna Kestner; Past District Commander (PDC) Tom Brown; PDC David Walker; PDC Delos Rowlee; Past District President Betty Rowlee.
